Erinn Stoll, BScPT
Founder ~ Instructor
Hi, I'm Erinn! After working as a physical therapist, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care for over 15 years, I’ve seen first-hand how movement can transform lives. It was during this time that I developed a deep appreciation for Pilates and the science-based, biomechanical principles it’s built on. I quickly realized how seamlessly it aligned with my clinical training and experience—offering a thoughtful, effective approach to building strength, improving function, and supporting long-term health. For years, I dreamed of bringing Pilates and physical therapy together. But like many dreams, it evolved into something even more meaningful. In 2025, I took a leap of faith and invested hundreds of hours into study, coursework, and hands-on practice to build a strong foundation in Pilates instruction. Instead of returning to traditional physical therapy practice, I created The Well Pilates Studio—a place rooted in intentional movement, connection, strength, and restoration. A place for everybody, at every stage of life.

Our Approach to Pilates
Pilates is not about perfection or performance — it is about learning to move with greater awareness, strength, and balance. Every exercise can be modified or progressed, which is why Pilates truly can support every body and every stage of life.
Movement at The Well is guided by a simple belief — that everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and connected in their body.
Our classes are designed to support people at every stage of life, whether you are recovering from injury, building strength, improving mobility, or looking to challenge yourself athletically. With a foundation rooted in rehabilitation science and thoughtful Pilates instruction, we focus on movement that is intentional, supportive, and adaptable to each individual.
At The Well, you will be guided to move with awareness, build strength with purpose, and restore balance in your body.
Experience movement that helps you connect, strengthen, and restore — together at the well.
