OUR STUDIO POLICIES

1. BOOKING POLICY

Clients must:

  • reserve classes in advance through the studio’s booking system

  • have a valid class pass or membership

Waitlist:

  • If a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be automatically add to class

  • If add within the cancellation window, the class will be considered confirmed and standard cancellation policies apply

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Group Classes

  • 12 – hour cancellation window

Private / Semi-Private

  • 24 – hour cancellation window

Late Cancel / No-Show:

  • class or session is forfeited

  • we understand things come up- please contact us in emergencies

3. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  • Doors open ~10 minutes before class

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class to ensure safety and flow

4. GRIP SOCK POLICY

  • Grip socks must be worn for all reformer classes. For hygiene and safety, bare feet are not permitted on the equipment.

  • Grip socks are available for purchase in studio

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

  • No-shows lose their class credit

  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

6. PACKAG SHARING

  • Class Packages are intended for induvial use unless otherwise approved

7. PACKAGE EXPIRY POLICY

  • Class packages have an expiry date

  • Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted at the discretion of the studio

8. WEATHER /EMERGENCY POLICY

  • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be cancelled. Clients will be notified and class credit will be returned.

19. PRIVATE SESSION POLICY

  • Must be booked in advance

  • 24 – hour cancellation required

  • Late cancel = full charge

10. REFORMER CLASS LEVEL GUIDELINES

Classes are designed to support a natural progression in strength, confidence, and control.

Please choose the level that best matches your experience.

  • Reformer Foundations:

    • Beginner & All Levels

  • Reformer Flow:

    • Intermediate

    • Previous reformer experience recommended

    • (4 classes of reformer foundations recommended)

  • Reformer Flight:

    • Higher Intensity / Intermediate

    • Experience in Reformer Foundations &Flow required

  • Athletic Reformer:

    • High Intensity / Intermediate to Advanced

    • Intermediate reformer experience required

  • Recovery Reformer:

    • All Levels

  • If you are unsure which class is right for you, we encourage you to reach out we’re happy to guide you

11. HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Clients must:

  • inform instructors of injuries or conditions

  • modify as needed

  • stop if something feels wrong

12. STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Arrive a few minutes early

  • If it is your first reformer class, please at arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the equipment and answer any questions before class begins

  • please silence phones and keep them off the reformer during class

  • Clients are asked to wipe down equipment after use and treat all studio equipment with care

  • We strove to create a welcoming and respectful space for all – please be mindful of other and the shared environment

13. PAYMENT POLICY

  • We are unable to offer refunds on purchases

14. MEDIA POLICY

  • From time to time, photos or videos may be taken in the studio for marketing and promotional purposes

  • We are committed to maintaining a respectful and comfortable environment. Clients will never be intentionally featured without awareness.

  • If you prefer not to be included in any content, please let us know – we are always happy to accommodate.
